
About The Event
Scheduled at the Ateneo headquarters in Piazza Santi Apostoli in Rome, the seminar “Digital Diplomacy. The transformation of diplomacy in the digital era” will take place. During the event – promoted by the ESG and DE&I Study Center, the PhD in Equity Diversity and Inclusion, and the PhD in Digital Humanities – discussions will focus on how diplomacy is adapting to the digital world, especially in the development of information technologies. Participants in the debate include: Pierpaolo Limone, Rector of Pegaso University; Stefano Palermo, Coordinator of the PhD in Digital Humanities at Pegaso University; Sir Ivor Roberts, former Dean of Trinity College, Oxford, and former UK Ambassador to Rome; Paolo Serpi, Ambassador and Lecturer in History and Analysis of International Crises; Monsignor Vincenzo Paglia, President of the Pontifical Academy for Life. Professor Anna Chimenti will moderate the roundtable.
